The Infeed Table is a reliable, economical, and quality engineered solution for loading timber into any moulder.This Infeed Table is a must for any efficient, productive, and above all, safe operation.
The Infeed Table will load board after board into a moulder butted up end to end, without any gaps, producing maximum productivity out of the moulder. The ease of loading for the operator, with the aid of the loading bars, means the operator can load at up to 60m/min. all day without getting tired and slowing down.

The Outfeed table is a superior method of unloading timber from any moulder, it is a must for any efficient, productive and above all, safe operation. the Outfield table aids the operator with unloading the timber, giving them time sort, stack and pack without stopping or slowing down.
The Outfeed Table can be setup with additional handling equipment to even further improve the speed and safety of the operator unloading the timber.

The Automatic Stacker is an exciting new addition to the MPB range of material handling equipment. It is ideally suited to all moulder and docking lines and will improve productivity. The Stacker will continuously stack your timber into packs all day long without any supervision.

The Automatic FJ Stacker is currently under development and due for completion May 2008.
The FJ Stacker is designed specifically to accommodate the longer pieces of finger joint lengths, while giving good support while the glue cures. The FJ Stacker will keep the boards separated for a longer period allowing the glue to fully cure before undue stress are applied to the joints, as is the case with other stacking methods.
