Table Mate Series

The TableMate Series of CNC Routers currently offer table sizes of 1' x 2' and 2' x 2' with a 3-1/4 HP nut and collet spindle as standard, or an optional 3 HP electro-spindle.

Wide Pro Series

Table size equals flexibility, and lack of table size always means limitations. Thats's why the Wide Pro Series offers some of the largest table sizes available. Tables are offered up to 10 or 12 feet wide and over 100 feet long. The Wide Pro Series can guarantee that the available machining envelope won't have to be the limitation in your CNC Machining operation.

S Series

The S-Series is designed for applications that require the fixed bridge performance of our popular Super Duty Series, but are better served by the table(s) moving the long direction under the bridge. This makes our S-Series the direct alternative to our Super Duty Series. These two series of machines share almost all of their major components: from the control, to the spindle, the electronics, the mechanical linear motion systems, the bridge, the tool changer, and even many of the available options. Thus, they are both very comparably priced, and offer very similar performance and value.

5 Axis S Series

The 5-Axis S-Series CNC Router by C.R. Onsrud is designed to be a more cost effective 5-Axis CNC machining center solution. The S-Series CNC features a welded steel frame that is heat-treated, stress-relieved and normalized, for unrivaled weight, mass, rigidity, durability, feeds and speeds at this price point. The frame has been designed and checked with industry leading ANSYS FEA software to ensure the most rigid design in its class. The S-Series is designed for those that want to save cost and do not need the extra mass and rigidity of a cast iron bridge or the extra speed and flexibility of a twin table design.

5 Axis Hybrid

A CNC machine tool that combines the best qualities of the CNC Router and the CNC Mill, deserves it's own unique classification. So, what's a suitable name for this group of machines? Since it's More than a mill, certainly not just a router, and doesn't fit into any existing machine categories or descriptions; the Hybrid Mill creates a class all it's own.

5 Axis High Rail

The High Rail CNC Machine Tool is designed for those applications where a typical CNC will not be adaquate. With large sizes built to order, this machine can accommodate large or akward shaped parts due to its increased working envelope. Additionally, 4-pole spindles ranging from 20HP to 50HP ensure this machine will meet even the most demanding applications. The High Rail features a thermally heat treated, stress relieved and normalized all steel frame, base, and bridge. Finite Element Analysis performed extensively throughout the engineering process. Dual support, dual drive, moving gantry, stationary walls and stationary table design ensure rigidity and accuracy.

Tech Series

Tech Series - Cost Effective Moving Gantry Machines
The Tech Series was NOT designed to be an entry level machine or to be cheap. It was designed to be a rigid and reliable, continuous production duty machine with excellent performance, but at a very competitive price. We have learned that when end users install a CNC Router in their shop, many will soon base their entire livelihood on that machine.

Panel Pro

"Panel Pro" Moving Gantry Machine (G-Series):
Here, the table stays fixed, while the bridge moves over its surface. A .Moving Gantry. CNC router, when made correctly, is particularly well suited for panel processing applications. This design saves valuable floor space, keeps the price down, allows for useful options (such as tool changers and multi-spindle drilling heads) and offers incredible throughput and productivity.

Super Duty

"Super Duty" Fixed Bridge Twin Table Machines (C-Series):
At Onsrud, "Fixed Bridge" means cast iron. It also means the spindle travels the stationary bridge along the width of the tables while the tables pass underneath the bridge along their short dimension. This design (like our moving gantry design) only uses half of the floor space that a typical "Tubular Fixed Gantry" design would use. Its design is extremely efficient, shuttling the twin tables for continuous production and 100% cutting time.

Extreme Duty

"Extreme Duty" HD-Series:
Designed and built to be the heaviest, fastest, and highest performing machines available in the world at any price, the Onsrud Extreme Duty Series CNC Router is truly our "No-Compromises" model. We start with the largest standard cast iron frame offered anywhere in our marketplace today. The massive "oversized" cast iron bridge on the HD Series has over double the cast iron of even our legendary C Series models. The "oversized" cast iron frame is then mated to our one-piece, self-supportive, heat-treated, stress-relieved and normalized, internally-reinforced, thick-walled, tubular steel base for unrivaled weight, mass, rigidity, durability, feeds and speeds.
