The Automatic Stacker is an important member of the MPB range of material handling equipment. It is ideally suited to all moulder and docking lines and will dramatically increase productivity, while improving OH&S. The Stacker will continuously stack your timber into packs all day long without any supervision.
The stacker is a simple ‘up and over’ type, which picks each board off the conveyor and lifts it up onto the top of the stacker. Here it stays until another board is picked up and placed next to it. Once enough boards are on top to form a layer the stacker lowers this layer down onto the pack being formed.
The automatic stacker is a robust, reliable, economical, and user friendly solution to stacking timber.
