INSTALLATION: MPB has installed another successful fingerjointing line for rudgum timber. The line includes shapers, MPB gluing system, press, and outfeed chains for curing. It is a semi-automatic line requiring 4 men; one loading the timer, one loading the press, two stacking. With an MPB auto stacker, the line would have been a two man operation.

MPB GLUING SYSTEM: MPB are specialists in Finger jointing timber and have designed an affordable gluing system for PU glue. With only a pump, valve, and dispensing head the system is extremely simple and cost effective. The system can be used on fingerjointing or laminating.
